Jeff has been in Sales and Customer Service for over 20 years, has done live Sales Training at numerous National Network Marketing Events and has recently been a Sales Manager for several Multi-Million Dollar Companies. He also has owned and operated several successful online businesses and a “Brick and Mortar” retail store.

He now brings his years of customer service and sales experience to the field of “Strategic Internet Marketing” making his Internet Marketing Skills available to Small Businesses.

Jeff lives in Runnemede, NJ with his wife Kathleen and his three children.

Robbi Drake – Robbi has worked for Disney/Go.com,  HotRate, Mahalo, editing and setting up search engines, WBS in Menlo Park,   and her writing appears on technical manuals for companies such as Oracle, Next BBS and multiple others.

A former customer service director for  Charles Warner, the author of Invision Board; Copywriting, Word Press design and CMS,) and  teaching anti-phishing and internet Security  to children and adults are her favorite things.

She holds certifications in 17 different areas of computers, business communications, as well as firefighting, hazmat and nursing. . Robbi is a published author and poet, with numerous magazine and book inclusions to her credit and writes prolifically for multiple websites.

She is a sustaining member of the EFF, a member of the ISOC,  the International High IQ Association, The West Virginia Writers Guild, the WordPress Users Group, the GIMP Users Group,.
